Many people want to Stop Smoking but for various reasons find it difficult to start stopping smoking. This self-help audio guides you through different steps. Through a series of questions you will be exploring what got you started, what your life is like now, including helping you understand more about your smoking habit and why you want to stop smoking now and finally your life as a non smoker.
Please take the time to write down and answer these questions as fully as possible.
After you have completed this stage you can go on to listen to the three special written stop smoking self help audios. They build on the work you completed in the first tracks 2,3 and 4 and help you make the changes you want to make. Anne based the suggestions in the latter tracks on her work with clients who have stopped smoking. The tracks will allow you to draw upon the written work you completed in tracks 2,3 and 4 and support your own determination to become and remain a non smoker. You will still need will power to help you quit and remain a natural non-smoker.

I first qualified as a life coach, then as a master NLP practitioner and subsequently trained as clinical and cognitive behaviour hypnotherapist. I mainly work with people who are experiencing anxiety, stress, panic attacks or fears of one sort or another.
